Policy for Banned Breeds & XL Bullies (Including dogs classed as XL Bully type)
The following conditions must be complied with by all owners of an XL Bully or other banned dog breed using Woofy’s Dog Field
Your dog must have a certificate of exemption. You must provide a copy of the certificate to us if we request this.
You must have third party public liability insurance for your dog. You must provide a copy of the certificate to us if we request this.
If your household has more than 1 dog, you can come to the field together as long as you have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field, including the banned breed or XL Bully.
If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed or XL Bully will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler
You must ensure the field is securely locked from the inside, using the padlock provided to lock the main gate, whilst you are using Woofy’s Dog Field.
A traffic cone is to be placed outside the main gate, to alert people that the field is in use.
Once you have locked the main gate and your dog is inside the main field, you can remove the muzzle and lead from your dog.
General Rules
Your dog remains your responsibility at all times.
Use of the car park and field shall be entirely at the users own risk.
ALL dog poo must be picked up, bagged and taken home with you. Failure to do so could result in you being banned from using the field in the future.
Woofy’s Dog Field have absolute discretion to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land.
Please be aware that there may be sheep or horses in the neighbouring fields. If your dog is likely to be reactive to these animals then Woofy’s Dog Field may not be a suitable place for you. Please ensure your dog does not act aggressively or bark excessively towards our neighbours.
We regularly check Woofy’s Dog Field for cleanliness, security issues and litter but please do ensure you do not leave any rubbish.

Responsibility
In keeping with the law regarding 'responsible dog ownership', you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s)' safety whilst at Woofy’s Dog Field. The law states that owners should be in control of their dogs at all times. This is also relevant at Woofy’s Dog Field, whether you are alone or a Woofy’s Dog Field representative is present
Woofy’s Dog Field are not responsible and will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever and by whomsoever caused, whether to property or person(s) sustained by any person at Woofy’s Dog Field.
The Client is responsible for all safety aspects of Woofy’s Dog Field prior to, during or subsequent to the Hire period and must accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever and by whomsoever caused, whether to property or person(s) sustained by any person(s) in Woofy’s Dog Field.
We hold public liability insurance, however Woofy’s Dog Field will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of our field.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Dog’s Health & Handling
You must not use the facility if your dog is showing any signs of ill-health such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or any other potentially contagious ailments.
We will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from any of our fields. During Field Hire the client is to be held responsible for their dog at all times.
Do not enter the car park until the previous customer has securely exited the field as there may be dogs running loose.
When not in the secure area dogs must be kept on lead at all times.
Do not allow your dog to dig or damage any part of the facility. If unavoidable please make us aware.
Using The field
We aim to keep Woofy’s Dog field as natural an environment as possible- so there will be uneven ground, mole hills, pot holes and mud. There will be lumps and bumps, holes and divots, just as you would expect on a countryside walk.
As it is a natural field, and despite our best efforts, there may be stones, brambles, nettles, thistles or other weeds that appear from time to time. Please be aware of this when walking your dog in Woofy’s Dog Field.
During wetter weather there will be soggy ground, puddles, boggy areas and you will need to be prepared for your dog to get wet and muddy. Wellies will be essential.
You must have exited the field within your booked slot, so it is vacant for the next person’s booking. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and will be discouraged from re-booking.
Any issues with leaving the field at the correct time must be reported IMMEDIATELY to Claire on 07815030420. Any additional sessions due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner.
It is your responsibility to clean up after you dog. Woofy’s Dog Field provide poo bags around the field, however YOU MUST take all poo home with you.
It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is locked from the inside whilst in the field.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs
Health and Safety
The client has exclusive use of the field however there is a maximum limit of 6 dogs allowed to use Woofy’s Dog Field per booking.
Under no circumstances should dogs be left on the premises unattended at any time.
Only dogs known to each other are permitted to use the field, Woofy’s Dog Field does not allow dogs that are ‘strangers’ to each other to use the field at the same time.
Woofy’s Dog Field have a strict No Smoking/Vaping/E Cigarettes policy on any of the premises. Any client found breaking this policy may be banned from future use.
Strictly no alcohol or drugs to be used on the premises.
Any children are to be supervised at all times by the Client.
The Client is not permitted to operate or release of any high flying objects.
The Client shall not bring into Woofy’s Dog Field any article of an inflammable or explosive character or that produces an offensive smell, or CFC or any oil, electrical, gas or other apparatus.
Payments, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Payment for field hire needs to be made online, prior to arrival.
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of your slot time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Clients can re-schedule their appointment via the online booking system with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Clients who do not turn up for their appointment or leave the field early will still be liable for the whole of the hire charge.
Woofy’s Dog Field reserves the right to refuse any application for the hiring of Woofy’s Dog Field without being required to give any reason for such refusal.
Woofy’s Dog Field reserve the right to withdraw permission to use Woofy’s Dog Field.
Emergencies
Woofy’s Dog Field shall have the right to cancel any booking forthwith in the event that Woofy’s Dog Field is affected by an emergency of any kind. Woofy’s Dog Field will refund any fees paid in these circumstances.
The Field
CCTV is in operation at all times.
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client accepts that Woofy’s Dog Field maintains control and possession of the field at all times.
We inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security but please notify Claire on 07815030420 if you have any concerns.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), ground conditions, fence height, proximity to farm animals etc.
During poorer weather the field will be wet and muddy and waterproof boots are advised.
No climbing is allowed on any fences, posts or storage container at Woofy’s Dog Field.
Gate Code
Will be sent via email once a booking has been made.

Data Protection
We will keep your details on file to enable us to process this booking. By registering on the booking system you agree to us holding this information.
All the data you provide to Woofy’s Dog Field is given by your consent and is of legitimate interest to enable you to receive confirmation and reminder emails which detail the entry code to the field.
It is vital to have contact details so we can reach you in an emergency, such as a field closure or sudden code change.
You can access, view and edit your Registration Information, through your account on the booking system at any time.
You can request deletion of the account if you do not want these details to be held, but they are vital for you to be able to use the field. Any deletion requests will be completed with 28 days
The security and privacy of your information is taken seriously at Woofy’s Dog Field, and we will never share your information with others without your written consent. We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not shared to any other parties.
General
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Woofy’s Dog Field
